A front will stall out across the state of Oregon today. This will bring consistent and measurable rainfall to Curry County, Northern Josephine, Southern Douglas and also the Crater Lake area. Elsewhere inland, we will see periods of rain off and on.

Dozens of people in Tigard had to take a detour to work yesterday, after a massive tree came crashing down. Neighbors say the giant oak was pushed down by the winds. They also say on the way down, it took out power lines in the area and crushed a handful of cars.
Over the last four weeks, NewsWatch 12's Coats for Kids Campaign has collected thousands of coats for local kids in need. The donated coats were collected, cleaned, sorted, and bundled. On Friday, the first rounds of coats headed out to schools.
